I used it with my MacBook for just a couple of months of infrequent use, because I needed it for an app that required a bit of clicking that was difficult using my track pad. At the time, it worked okay WHEN the battery stayed connected, but I frequently had to fiddle with the batteries to get a connection. Here it is a year later and I decided to use it again. Same thing with the batteries, only worse, to the point of not staying connected. I opened a new package of batteries, and the batteries still wouldn't stay connected. It would stay on for a second when the batteries were first inserted, and then lose the battery connection.
