This is an exceptional set of wireless mics that work great.Before we start, this kit is meant to be used on Android phones with a USB Type-C connection.The kit I received comes with Two Transmitters, The USB-C Receiver for your phone, two windscreen filters, two USB Type-A to Type-C charging cables, two lapel mics, and a carry case.From an ease of use standpoint, these things were quick and easy to set up. After connecting the receiver to your phone and pairing the transmitters to the receiver, the mic will instantly show up in your camera settings, for me at least. For my tests I am using this with a Google Pixel 4a 5G, and I am able to swap between the internal mic and these external mics in my camera app.The transmitters themselves have built-in mics and can be clipped onto your shirt, but they also come with two lapel mics that you can attach to the receivers if you want something less noticeable but with the same level of quality. The windscreen filters, however, are meant to be attached directly to the transmitters, so they cannot be used if you are using the lapel mic attachments. The transmitters also have easy to use buttons to adjust your volume or "gain" as well as a mute button. On the receiver that attaches to your phone, here you can find a toggle for stereo and mono sound modes, a pairing button, a headphone jack, and an indicator light.The ease of use is pretty good with these. On the fly, you can adjust your gain depending on how well it is catching your voice as well as muting it if you need to. For me, I find the best volume setting to be around 5-6 for both the transmitter mic and lapel mic. 5 is a fairly good baseline, but it is just a tad bit quieter than what I prefer, while 6 is a little louder and more balanced but can start peaking or distorting if you get loud such as screaming. The OLED screens on the transmitters also make it easy to monitor your audio levels and to see what your gain/volume is set to, as well as seeing how much time you have left in your battery life and the signal strength. Speaking of the battery, I used one of the transmitters for a mobile stream, and after I ended the stream after a couple hours, I barely used any of the battery capacity.As far as sound quality, these are phenomenal sounding mics. Almost all background noise is automatically gone as the pickup pattern is excellent. My voice sounds natural and crisp, and I would trust these to do more streams, vlogs, and even for cinematic use (if I had a phone with a better camera.)In the end, these are exceptional mobile phone mics. Maybe even the best on the market (for Android phones anyway). So if you do a lot of content creation while using a mobile device, then this will be lightyears ahead of most internal mics. They make a wide range of products for every level of the market from professional quality to entry level consumer equipment. The common characteristic--they're all excellent. I have 7 or 8 BOYA microphones of various types and configuration. I go through a lot of equipment trying to find the best quality and performance and BOYA always makes the grade. I recently purchased a new camera targeted at 'content creators' that came with a shotgun mic made by one of the top brands in the business. I immediately replaced it with a BOYA equivalent. They're that good.No surprise that this is an excellent wireless microphone set. The microphones have a very clear display screen which allows you to keep track of the performance as you work. You can also make the necessary adjustments right on the microphone. I tried this set on several devices--a GoPro, a couple of cellphones and a DLSR camera--and everything sounded great regardless of the equipment. I haven't measured the range but I walked all around my office while testing and it came through loud and clear. Battery iife appears to be very good--I was messing around with these mics for at least two hours and they still read full power. I wasn't recording all this time, but my experience does suggest that the product description's suggestion of 7 hours continuous working time is very realistic.Bottom line--you just can't go wrong with BOYA mics, wireless or otherwise. Highly recommended!This lavalier can plug into the USB-C port on my Galaxy S21 and it works immediately but I had to use an external headset to hear the sound that the mics are picking up. They have a digital display on each of the receivers to see that sound is being captured. It has volume switches and a mute feature on each of the mics. They can charge from USB-C ports and are rechargeable. The sound quality is very good but it does has some room for improvement. I had to be sure to adjust the volume level to prevent peaking so I had to pay attention to the loudness by running a few test runs before officially recording what I wanted. This will work well for interviewing people or doing a monologue with the freedom of being able to be anywhere I want. My only wish is that it had a little bit better noise-cancellation feature to block out background noises but otherwise this is very useful. I also appreciated that it included a carrying case but it needs to be a little bit larger to fit everything including the charging cables, windscreens, pop filters, and aux cords.
