This is my second keyboard I bought the first one lets say it breaks easy I got angry at my game and smashed my hand on the keyboard and it didn’t really break the keys where well blinking the only way for it to work is if I keep my fingers on the keys but other than that it works fine I bought the new one the headphones one and I love it it’s different you can really hear things you want to hear like video games and YouTube videos, Netflix, Disney etc it’s worth the money but at the same time you really have to be careful oh and grease don’t work good with the keyboards either if you are eating something with grease after awhile it won’t workThe mouse is working well. No complaints yet.The headset took a moment, but it works alright. Be aware, it will need a Bluetooth connection. The package does not have a Bluetooth connection. Already had one, so not too bad, but heads up.The keyboard... took a bit of work to connect. But working now. If anyone else is having the same trouble. Try the unplug and Esc+K and replug the connector like the sticker on the back says. Going to mess around a little more, but all good so far.Also got quick response back from seller. Good info, and timely too like I said already.Got this for my hubby cause his old keyboard some of the keys were sticking. He loves the lights and the speakers. Looks great with his set upI have had nothing but issues ever since I got this setup. Both keyboard and mouse constantly shut off or stop responding mid usage and that's VERY ANNOYING especially during gaming. The only things that work are the speakers and they are subpar at best. I definitely would not and will not purchase again. Now I'll have to buy another wireless mouse and keyboard since these just don't work long enough to get anything done.This is really good gaming equipment, except the headphones need a Bluetooth in which that did not come with headphones.Speakers are very low quality.Keyboard good and quiet.Mouse is nice and smooth.Honestly the speakers were the only bad thing about this.But the price is way too high to pay for everything and only use two things. Not worth the price, even for beginners.He games more than he should. More than he's allowed, even. 'Get off the computer!' is a mantra around here. But he's loved the combo of the keyboard and mouse. Broke one (manhandled) and no real way to get a response from the company. What to do? Buy another set. Christmas 1 and Christmas 2 and happy both times. Used with Lenovo T-series laptop.The headphone that come with it don't work at all they don't charge or turn on at all.The usb transmitter is already broken and stuck in the usb port of the laptop. For the cost of this product, the quality is disappointing and the return window is too short. it would demonstrate the company's character if they fixed this issue despite the return timeline.For me this keyboard and mouse keeps cutting out while trying to game ive tried setting and all it might just be a bad keybord and mouse but...I've since had to go to a wired connection for gamin.Headset has no mic. Mouse buttons work but it won't move the pointer. keyboard attachment was bent. The instructions they sent are for some sort wrist band. Definitely not worth the price.It's not good for gaming because of the keyboard but the mouse is okEverything related to this product is not acceptable. Is this review allowed, Amazon?
